Stylish Primary Bedroom

Layered modern luxury

Some of the best works of design begin with a completely blank canvas. This was the origin of one of our most bold and adventurous concepts to date. Working with an exceptional client with both an eye for unique pieces and an open mind, we set out to create something truly special. Starting completely from scratch and taking inspiration from mid century design and contemporary art theories, some of the first decisions made in this project revolved around scale and proportion.

Injecting color, contrast, texture and depth into the formerly barren space, we were able to transform this room into a luxury retreat that balanced big design ideas with comfortable living necessities. Mixing metals and woods in the storage furniture, introducing colorful artwork to compliment the relaxing neutral palate and softening the hard modern lines with window treatments and lighting, we were able to highlight the best the room had to offer. The end product exists as an invigorating space during the daytime and a restful escape in the evening, allowing for each piece to be fully appreciated and used to its full potential.
