Natural Modern Kitchen

From Inspiration to Design

When beginning a kitchen design, we start by looking at our client’s inspiration. Whether they have images, places, or materials, we use these as a jumping-off point for our design and selections. For this kitchen the clients wanted the space to feel natural and connected to the view outside the large windows. To achieve this look, we selected cappuccino cabinetry, a natural quartzite countertop and full-height backsplash, and ash gray hardware that adds another finish without too much contrast. Stone-look flooring adds depth and warmth to the space while incorporating another material into the kitchen design. Custom cabinetry gives this space a clean look with improved functionality and cabinet space. We added more storage with a new pantry and cabinet underneath the window, which adds to the usable space in this kitchen and carries the wood cabinetry over to the other wall. With the final touches, we incorporated color with the green chairs and added to the natural feel with plants and other accessories. This finished space is a breath of fresh air and gives this kitchen new life.
