A truly bold design is born from the reaction between a client with an open mind and a blank canvas. Having worked with all kinds of people in all kinds of homes, the presence of both certainly isn’t a requirement. A lack of one or the other is not a negative but simply a starting point to work with. For this project however, free range and a complete gut job came together to create something truly eye-catching. In the case of this kitchen project, the appliances were meant to have the spotlight, and they deserve it. The star of the show, an 8-burner professional level range and grille is lofted by midnight sky navy cabinets that wrap the room in a whimsical dream.  A fantastic stone countertop invites the outside in beyond the centerpiece window while the abstract textured wall tile give the entire room a contemporary edge. The wood top ceiling remains the only element kept from the original kitchen and serve as a pleasant reminder of the home’s character.
